Artist Statement

My work is rooted in the belief that creativity can help us reconnect with ourselves.

Through painting, drawing, paper-based forms, and mail-based projects, I explore moments of attention, curiosity, memory, and everyday life. Some works are abstract, while others draw from people, places, and experiences that have shaped me. Regardless of subject matter, I am interested in creating work that feels alive, present, and emotionally honest.

Art has become one of the ways I return to myself, and my hope is that the work offers others a similar invitation—to slow down, notice something beautiful, feel something honestly, or reconnect with a part of themselves that may have been waiting for attention.
