đź’ŚWhat is the Snail Mail Club?

The Snail Mail Club is a monthly creative mail experience from MTM Art Studio. Each month features a thoughtfully designed drop created to help you slow down, create, and come back to yourself.

đź“® What do I receive?

Each month includes:

  • A 5x7 postcard to color
  • A letter from the heart
  • A small creative extra (such as a bookmark or seasonal piece)

⏳ Is this a subscription?

Yes. The Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until canceled.

You can skip or cancel anytime through the customer portal.

Occasionally, individual monthly drops may be available as one-time purchases depending on availability.

đź’Ś Can I gift the Snail Mail Club to someone else?

Yes! The Snail Mail Club makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves creativity, connection, and little moments of joy.

To gift a membership:

  1. Sign up using your own contact information and preferred payment method.
  2. Enter the recipient’s name and mailing address as the delivery information.
  3. Email Theresa (mtm.artstudio@gmail.com) after checkout to let her know it is a gift so she can include a special note letting the recipient know who thought of them.

The subscription will be connected to the purchaser’s account and payment information. Gift memberships renew automatically until canceled, and the purchaser can manage the subscription anytime through the customer portal.

🔄 Does a gift membership renew automatically?

Yes. Gift memberships are currently set up as regular Snail Mail Club subscriptions and renew automatically until canceled.

The person gifting the membership can manage the subscription anytime through the customer portal, including canceling future renewals.

📦 What if I miss a month?

If you miss a month, you’ll still be able to join when subscriptions reopen for the next drop.

I’m also planning to offer occasional “catch-up drops” in the future so you can collect past editions when available.

🌎 Where do you ship?

The Snail Mail Club currently ships within the United States. I'd love to expand shipping options in the future as the club grows!

📬 When will I receive my order?

Each monthly drop ships between the 5th–10th of the month, so it typically arrives mid-month.

🖍️ What can I use to color it?

Colored pencils and markers work best. Light watercolor may work, but the paper is not designed for heavy water use.

đź’› Is this meant to be shared or sent?

It can be anything you want—keep it, color it, or send it to someone else. There’s no pressure either way.

🌿 Why did you create this?

I created the Snail Mail Club as a way to slow down, make something by hand, and share that experience with others in a small, tangible way.
